SO actually I’m pretty sure I still weigh the same. (5’1 @ 125lbs)but when I put the two together I definitely see a difference.. I feel, less soft. granted I have better posture in the more current picture…but whatever, it’s progress :DI’m really not trying to lose weight, I’m working hard to gain more muscle!

May 30th to October 30th.
5’5, 140 lbs to 123 lbs. At the beginning of the summer I realized I wasn’t the person I wanted to be. I changed my lifestyle and adopted healthy habits, and it was honestly the best thing I could have ever done. I’m no longer lazy or misinformed about diets. I love to run and lift, and I love to eat real foods. I am mentally & physically strong and so proud. I love my body not only for what it looks like, but for what it can do.

i’ve always tried to lose weight before but i’m glad i actually decided to stick with it this time. even when one day i completely gave up i’m beyond glad i decided to get back to eating healthy and exercising.
